Can I have a demo / view the
product personally before purchase? And what is the Book Size
Being an online portal and not a retail store, we do not have products
that may be physically viewed. Book Size: 5 X 7 (inches)

How can I order Cake and Bouquet along with my OysMem Products?
After completing a successful OysMem book order, you can order for a special facility of delivering Cake & Bouquet. To avail this facility either mail or call us to let us know your choice of Cake and the Bouquet. We will then inform you about the extra charges and provide a new payment provision for these items.
Note: This facility is available only within Hyderabad.
Can I order Cake and Bouquet without ordering the OysMem Products?
The Cake or the Bouquet can go only along with the OysMem Products. These items will not be delivered seperately.
Are there any hidden costs apart from the
product price and shipping charges?
At the time of registering for your order, the payment page will display
the total product price and the shipping charges as applicable. This is
the amount that is due to be paid by you. There are no hidden costs and
all chargeable amounts are featured before the checkout page.
What do you mean by Billing and Shipping Information?
Billing Information
Billing information is the details of the customer who would be charged
or would be paying for the purchases. These details are required as after
an order is placed our customer support re-confirms the order and its
details with the buying customer.
Shipping Details
Shipping Details are details of the recipient. Shipping Details refers
to the recipient address and the contact number, where the buyer wishes
to send his order.
Shipping Information becomes essential when the buyer and the receiver
of the purchases are two different parties.

current status of your product.
How do I cancel an order?
Cancellations request will not be accepted.

Will the product be dispatched on the date
of approval?
There is a minimum lead-time of delivery mentioned on the product page.Users
should consider this lead-time while setting an expected delivery. The
product will be delivered as per the expected delivery date.
Can I come to the office and pick the item
by paying in cash?
Oysmem.com is an online portal wherein products are displayed and payment
is done online itself. Post approvals of the order, these items are delivered
to the shipping address by courier. We do not have a retail outlet wherein
the customers can come and view the products and pay for the same by cash.
All orders are accepted over the net only and delivered via courier.
